3D & Conceptual Imaging: Creating 3-Dimensional and Conceptual images provides a near realistic illustration so you can envision the whole project and even its individual elements. Blueprint Drawings (Drafting): Blueprint Drawings are the compiled set of permit-ready designs which you will be able to present to the appropriate city hall department. We provide an electronic version to be dispatched via email to different places such as material suppliers, building contractors, trades people, and so on.  With our on-site building experience and well detailed construction drawings, we are recognized as providing a valued and effective building environment for all trades. 

Project & Permit Administration: We also offer project and permit administration. Building inspectors only verify certain parts of the project and this is where we can help. We can monitor the building project to ensure that the quality of the workmanship and materials meets your expectations. We will be your eyes on site keeping you up to date on construction progress, and answering any questions you may have.
